Musings and photos of wild and everyday life

About

Hi. I work in Dublin, live in Wicklow, Ireland and love to take photographs.  Also have a family, play golf and am generally too busy.

I have a Photography site in development. It is at www.cliffsview.com. Someday I will get it set up properly but for now I thought I’d give the blog a try.

Chiefly it is about wildlife in Wicklow and Ireland but may also cover other counties and countries and things of more general interest.

I hope it is of interest to some and that I can keep it updated.

Thanks for dropping in,

Cliff

    Hi there Cliff,
For an aging Yank with floater and retina issues, it is a pleasure to see the details of the living things captured by your patient hand.
You’ve brought the Liffey to visual life. Grateful too for the wildlife in the SSG and Phoenix parks.
May I ask the next golf round, take a pic or two per hole, so we can see how the game goes on an Irish course.
    Many thanks,
    Ed T

  2. Thanks for kind words Ed. I tend not to take the camera with me when playing golf (I need all my concentration not to play really bad!) and this is probably not the best place for golf pics but I will try to include a few sometime soon.

  5. Eyton, we stayed in Torla. The Hotel was the Abetos, just a short walk from town towards the mountains. It was really nice and the area is fabulous.
Colliure is lovely. A little ‘turisty’ but not enough to spoil it.
    Enjoy
